A Crime
I feel very strongly that a crime has been committed against my family, friends, business associates, and me.  Why?  Because we spent a great deal of our hard earned money with Google AdWords marketing our websites, which were determined by "Google Specialists" to be "Compliant."  All of our AdWords accounts were reviewed, subsequently approved, and remained in "Eligible" and "Approved" status.  So we spent $8,000.00 to market those websites.

All of our websites had Google AdSense ads on them consistent with Google's own Policies and Terms of Use.  Those AdSense ads yielded more than $29,000.00 in AdSense revenue for us.

Google AdWords took $8,000.00 from us in a deceptive and misleading manner, and Google AdSense withheld - - STOLE - - our $29,347.00 in AdSense revenue.  That is theft.  That is Grand Larceny.  That is a Crime.

The bigger questions for the States, Federal Government, and the Media are: "How chronic is this problem?  How many other innocent victims has Google robbed through deceptive and misleading Policies and Terms of Use?"

Whether this problem is a planned, intentional, in-house, behind-the-scenes, practice that Google knowingly and purposefully commits in order to pad their own pocketbook, which would certainly meet the standard of criminal activity, or whether this problem is just a careless and reckless administration of Google's Policies and Terms of Use - - either problem must be addressed.  They must be addressed by the States, Federal Government, and Media.

Is Google beyond the reach of the States?  Is Google beyond the reach of the Federal Government?  Is Google too big for Government scrutiny and regulation?  Is Google immune from the Media?  Is Google above the law?

It would certainly require a tremendous and in-depth investigation into Google's books, records, and operating system.  Numerous witnesses would have to be questioned.  And a nationwide, if not worldwide, call would have to go out to potential victims.  So proving a criminal case against Google may be impossible, although it would certainly be a worthy quest.  One thing is certain:  if the United States Federal Government were to appoint, commission, and deputize me to lead the investigation I would certainly know all of the questions to ask.

One of the most basic and fundamental questions that needs to be addressed and remedied is: "What is the nature of Google's Policies and Terms of Use in relationship to Capitalism, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, and the 1st Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Expression, and Freedom of the Press?"

We live in a Capitalist society with Free and Open Markets wherein the Free Enterprise system thrives.  We also live in a technological age wherein computers and the internet are a daily part of people's lives.  A person can go into business for his or her self by building and publishing a website.  And they can put whatever content they want on that website in a legally protected 1st Amendment Right to promote and/or sell their own ideas, philosophies, opinions, products, and/or services.  We enjoy an array of Constitutional and Legally Protected Rights, Privileges, and Benefits that assist in the development of new businesses.  Short of any blatant and/or criminal violations being evident through one's application and use of Google's AdWords and AdSense Programs Google has a responsibility to allow individuals who are exercising their God-given intellect, creativity, perspective, passion, energy, efforts, time, money, resources, and 1st Amendment Rights the opportunity to continue uninterrupted to work the free enterprise system and pursue their Dream.

Google operates as a Massive Publishing Source and Public Media Outlet.  For all practical purposes they are, The Press.  As such they should not be permitted to obstruct the 1st Amendment Rights of any United States Citizen especially as such pertains to the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, and infringing upon the freedom of the press.  They should be required by Federal Law to uphold the 1st Amendment Rights of the United States Constitution and the Citizens Rights to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Expression, and Freedom of The Press.  Are the following decrees "powerful and meaningful proclamations" that deserve to be "upheld and preserved," or are they just meaningless blurbs:

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers."

The United States Constitution
Amendment I

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Given the above, and given the technological age in which we live wherein people can express themselves through the medium and media of the internet by publishing websites and going into business for themselves, it is imperative and HIGH TIME that the United States Federal Government Legislate Google's Practices, Policies, and Terms of Use.

I developed a network of legitimate websites that grew over time to the point of returning to my business associates and me substantial earnings.  This was a direct result of me exercising my God-given intellect, creativity, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, passion, time, energy, effort, and money researching and coordinating a specific recipe for the success we were having.

It was only AFTER we began earning a substantial income that Google disabled our business.  They killed our business by violating the "powerful and meaningful proclamations" referenced above.  The question remains: "Was
this a planned, intentional, in-house, behind-the-scenes, practice that Google knowingly and purposefully committed in order to pad their own pocketbook, or was this due to a careless and reckless administration of Google's Policies and Terms of Use?  Either deserve scrutiny by the States, Federal Government, and Media.  And we deserve Civil Redress!
