When a person creates a website to make money, it becomes their "business."

Businesses are, and should be, protected by a variety of Federal Laws and Regulations that are designed and intended to protect Entrepreneurs.

The United States of America is a Capitalist society with Free and Open Markets wherein the Free Enterprise system thrives and Laws protect businesses.  In fact, most of the world runs on Capitalism and Free Commerce.
Significantly, we live in a technological age wherein computers and the internet enable people to go into business for themselves by building and publishing websites.

What is a "business?"

Simply using Wikipedia we can get a very good definition:

"A business (also known as enterprise or firm) is an organization involved in the trade of goods, services, or both to consumers.[1]Businesses are predominant in capitalist economies, where most of them are privately owned and administered to earn profit to increase the wealth of their owners…"

Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs spend an enormous amount of their time, creativity, energy, and resources endeavoring to establish and develop their "businesses."  Significantly, they may also tweak and change their business (add to and/or take away from their website) on a daily basis in an effort to fine tune it.

Google provides two significant and powerful resources that facilitate Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs' business efforts and their 1st Amendment Rights to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism: Google AdWords and Google AdSense.

These two programs enable Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs to more freely and easily promote, market, and share their ideas, opinions, views, and products with the world.  Thus, they bolster and support the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.  However, Google has a practice of shutting down AdWords and AdSense accounts IF and WHEN they began yielding too much money for end users.  That is a Unilateral Act of Anti-Business Oppression and an assault upon Free Trade, Free Markets, and Free Press - - it is Unconstitutional.  Furthermore, Google uses BOGUS and convenient "scapegoat" excuses to claim they do such because of "Policy Violations" in order to justify and defend themselves.  They also employ an Anti-Business strategy of constantly changing and/or adding to their Policies and Terms of Use in an ongoing effort to Limit, Minimize, Reduce, Restrict and/or Eliminate successful Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.

Our case PROVES they do this.

It is UNETHICAL.  It is Unconstitutional.  And it constitutes Consumer Fraud, Financial Crimes, and Theft.

Google operates as a Massive Publishing Source and Public Media Outlet.  For all practical purposes they are, The Press.  And they provide Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs with Business Tools and Resources that depend upon and support Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism.  Those things, at least for United States Citizens, are protected by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion
and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers."

The United States Constitution
Amendment I

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

I published multiple websites and created Google AdWords accounts to promote and market numerous ideas and products for my family, friends, business associates, and myself.  All of our websites were running fine for more than three years.  None of them were EVER violated, disabled, or shut down for ANY reason during those three years.  Then AFTER a few of our websites began earning a substantial amount of AdSense revenue Google immediately shut down the AdWords accounts that were promoting them.  We suspected that Google shut us down because of the amount of money we were making, not because of "Policy Violations" as they claimed.  So we did a "Control Study" where we published the exact same kinds of websites that had been earning substantial AdSense revenue.  But we did not spend a lot of money marketing them so they would not earn substantial AdSense revenue.  They were NEVER shut down.  Only the websites that were earning substantial AdSense revenues were shut down.

Our efforts throughout the following year provided the ultimate proof.  We jumped over all kinds of hurdles and through all kinds of hoops endeavoring to satisfy Google's claims that the AdWords accounts in question were shut down for "Policy Violations."  We amassed well over 100 emails in the process.  Those emails are actually quite revealing of the Anti-Business Practices that Google perpetrates against Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.

After one year of corresponding with Google, tweaking our websites, and endeavoring tirelessly to construct websites that Google would not, and could not, claim were subjects of "Policy Violations" we successfully published several websites that were determined by "Google Specialists" to be "Compliant" (COMPLIANT).  After those websites began yielding a substantial and ever-increasing amount of AdSense revenue too, Google disabled our AdSense accounts.  They did not disable our AdWords accounts this time because they couldn't.  We developed the ability to build websites that were more than consistent with Google's own example of an "Acceptable" website.  So this time they shut down our AdSense accounts.  They disabled all five (5) of our AdSense accounts on the exact same day to prevent us from earning substantial and ever-increasing amounts of revenue, which inadvertently violates our 1st Amendment Rights to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism.

The important questions for the States, Federal Government, Media, and American Civil Liberties Union are: "Is this a planned, intentional, in-house, behind-the-scenes, practice that Google knowingly and purposefully commits in order to pad their own pocketbook?"  We believe it is.  If so, Google is guilty of Financial Crimes and Criminal Theft, as well as violating American Business Entrepreneurs' 1st Amendment Rights to Free Press and Entrepreneurialism.  Or, is this simply a case of "Careless and reckless administration of Google's Policies and Terms of Use?"  If so, they are guilty of Business Ethics Violations, Fraud, Deception, and Manipulation, as well as violating American Business Entrepreneurs' 1st Amendment Rights to Free Press and Entrepreneurialism.  Either possibility deserves investigation by the States, Federal Government, Media, and the American Civil Liberties Union.  And ALL of Google's victims deserve Civil Redress!

My family, friends, business associates, and I have been hurt.  We have been hurt financially, emotionally, and psychologically.  Perhaps I have been hurt the most because of the enormous amount of time, energy, and effort I have poured into this.  The sad thing is, based upon various websites and Blogs we have seen, this has clearly happened to many people.  Many people have suffered financially, emotionally, and psychologically.  They have been hurt and damaged.

Whether 1, 10, 100, or more people have been affected by this, when all is said and done, when this is all over and done with… Google should not, and WILL NOT, be able to commit such acts of Fraud, Deception, Manipulation, Anti-Business Practices, Theft (Grand Theft), and Violations of 1st Amendment Rights of the Constitution of the United States of America.

No more people should be harmed by Google.

Frankly, a Ten-Billion-Dollar Fine and/or Class-Action Lawsuit against Google would be the ultimate and best way to satisfy this issue.  That money can be used to relieve Google's victims.  And it will let Google be an example.

In Our Opinion The Federal Sherman Law Applies To Our Circumstances Because Google Has Acted In A Hostile Manner To Limit, Minimize, Reduce, Restrict and/or Eliminate Our Businesses And Our RIGHT To Free Market Competition!
