Email Complaint - January 18, 2013
This is a very critical and important email for ANY and ALL persons who may be involved in investigating Google for Fraud, Deception, Manipulation, Anti-Business Practices, and Theft.  Please forward this email accordingly.

GoogleDeception.com
provides clear, comprehensive, and convincing evidence that Google STOLE $38,000.00 from us in a misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, and manipulative manner.  It also provides evidence that Google has done similar to numerous other victims.  And it references Anti-Business Practices being committed by Google and perpetrated against ourselves and numerous other victims.

We implore you to consider the simplistic reality of what a "website" may be, what a "website" ultimately represents in terms of a person's RIGHT to Freedom of Expression and Free Enterprise, and what role "Google" plays as a "public" company and purveyor of products and services that facilitate Online Internet Website Businesses.

Don't be fooled by Google.

Google's oldest and most clever trick, which has likely resulted in generating millions in STOLEN and ILL-GOTTEN revenues for them at the expense of Investors, Consumers, and Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs, has been to wrongfully feign - FABRICATE - bogus scapegoat "excuses" and "use" them to assert that "Policy Violations" have been their basis for disabling various AdWords and AdSense accounts.  By employing this strategy Google has been able to make unilateral and discriminatory decisions to disable AdWords and AdSense accounts whenever they want, especially at opportune moments in time so they can STEAL money and/or AVOID Paying-out money in order to increase their own revenues.  These unethical "tactics" have also enabled Google to shield them self from official government scrutiny, reprisal, and penalty.  How easy it is to just say: "Oh, yeah, we disabled that account because of 'Policy Violations'."  Oh, well, okay then.  End of story.  Have a nice day Google!

Google's current "strategy" for muddying the waters, confusing the issues, and stifling small business efforts is their aggressive imposition of: "Webmaster Guidelines."

Here is the bottom line:

It is justifiable and necessary for Google to have purposeful and reasonable "Terms of Use," "Policies," and "Webmaster Guidelines" in order to protect their own company and regulate what kinds of websites are utilizing their products and services.  But such must be done in a "Fair" and "Reasonable" manner.  And such MUST be done in a manner that is NOT designed and intended to give an "Unfair Business Advantage" to Google.  Google is constantly changing and/or adding to their "Terms of Use," "Policies," and/or "Webmaster Guidelines" in ways that are designed to Limit, Minimize, Reduce, Restrict and/or Eliminate Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs' "successes" and RIGHTS to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism, especially when such is to the advantage and interests of Google at the expense of Investors, Consumers and Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  There are protections against such under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America and the Federal Sherman Laws.  However, additional Laws, Regulations, and Oversight may be necessary.  Redress is essential.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

"
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers."

The United States Constitution
Amendment I

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

So let's go back to the basics.

What is a website?

It's simpleHuman beings can, and should be able to, publish websites expressing their ideas, sharing their information, and endeavoring to establish commerce however they see fit without interference from Google.

As a "public" company Google provides products and services that facilitate such precious RIGHTS and opportunities for individuals.  That should hold them in the HIGHEST of Scrutiny, Oversight, and Regulation - - not ZERO Scrutiny, Oversight, and Regulation!

All of the information published at www.GoogleDeception.com reveals the truth about Google.

Don't let Google Beguile, Confuse, or Mystify ANY investigation with non-sense.  Their current Devil-Dog to try and accomplish that will most likely be to throw their "Webmaster Guidelines" at you.  Google's "Webmaster Guidelines" is their current "frontline" effort to stifle and manipulate legitimate Online Internet Website Business efforts.  Their aggressive imposition of their "Webmaster Guidelines" serves to perpetuate and keep alive their oldest trick in the book: "Scapegoat Justification."  Historically, they would claim to have disabled AdWords and/or AdSense accounts due to "Policy Violations," which has long been a convenient way for them to get away with outright theft.  Now they will claim it is for violations of their "Webmaster Guidelines."  It is the same "game" by another "name."

"Webmaster Guidelines" is a convenient scapegoat system Google employs to justify ANY decision and action they choose to make that is intended to increase their own Financial Advantage at the Expense of Investors, Consumers, and Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  It works to Limit, Minimize, Reduce, Restrict and/or Eliminate Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs' "successes" and RIGHTS to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism.

Guidelines?????

Is Google saying I cannot just publish a website (very easy to do)… place my own personal views, ideas, opinions, information, and products for sale on it… use Google AdWords to market it… and place AdSense Ads on it to help facilitate other online businesses and possibly increase my own revenues at the same time?  Is that what Google is saying?

That is EXACTLY what Google is saying.

Actually, Google will most often allow a person to establish such a legitimate online business effort.  But IF and WHEN they begin to have financial successes that cause Google to have to Pay-out too much money (more money than Google desires to payout), Google will Disabled and shut down their AdWords and/or AdSense account(s) and resort to one of their convenient "Scapegoat Justifications" falsely asserting that the reason was due to "Policy Violations" or violating their "Webmaster Guidelines."

Remember the "simplicity" of what a website is and what it represents to Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  Don't let ONE Corporate Monster, or a handful of Corporate Giants, continue eating up all of the MANY Smaller Businesses and/or "Business Efforts."  Google's offenses are two-fold.  By "Disabling" and/or "NOT assisting" numerous small Online Internet Website Businesses, Google can BOTH:

1.)        STEAL their money.
2.)        Take away and violate their RIGHT to Free Commerce and "Fair Trade Opportunities."

Remember that MANY, if not ALL, small business models are entirely justifiable in their own right.  Remember too that Google AdWords and AdSense facilitate them.  And remember that Google has a history of Disabling AdWords and AdSense accounts IF and WHEN they began generating substantial revenues for small business end-users.

The ONLY area wherein Google's "Policies," "Terms of Use," and/or "Webmaster Guidelines" should apply to Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs efforts and their RIGHT to Free Trade and Commerce should be wherein "Criminal" and/or "Illegal" content becomes an issue
.

Because this is not currently the case, as it SHOULD be, Google is able to get away with whatever they want.  Yet another "tactic" Google "uses" that has worked out very much to Google's own advantage at the expense of Investors, Consumers, and Online Internet Business Entrepreneurs, which facilitates providing Google with an endless array of "convenient outs" and has been a valuable and effective tool for Google, is the very "subtle" strategy of letting "subjectivity" go unchecked and unregulated.  That is when Google, for convenience of "Disabling" an AdWords or AdSense account for their own advantage, claims that the basis of the "Policy Violation" was due to "inappropriate content."  In other words, they don't have to provide any "specifics."  And Google sure isn't going to assist anyone with maintaining their successful business model.  Why?  So that Google can steal their money and not have to continue paying out.  This loophole ONLY works to Google's advantage.  Significantly, it is a loophole that only works when crossing over from "criminal" content to "inappropriate" content.  Criminal content can be easily and properly defined.  And it should be the ONLY basis by which Google can "legally" shut down a successful Online Internet Website Business.

Even IF "inappropriate" content were to be upheld by Government Business Regulatory Agencies and/or the Courts as a legitimate basis for Google to make determinations about shutting down Online Internet Website Businesses there MUST be rules in place to establish "Fairness" for BOTH sides - For BOTH Google AND Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  And there MUST be a professional, reasonable, and comprehensive line of communication.

What and/or WHO is going to determine "appropriate" vs. "inappropriate" content?  Imagine a Google "Censor" is an overweight and physically unattractive woman who is not happy with her condition and is having a bad day.  She is "personally offended" when she sees that someone has posted an image of a pretty, beautiful, sexy young woman in a G-string bikini on their website.  So she decides to disable that Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneur's AdWords and/or AdSense account because of her "personal feelings."  Or maybe a Google Censor is an extremely "religious" person who makes the same discriminatory decision based upon his or her religious opinions and conviction.  If the Google Censor was some liberal-minded young "buck" he might have been just fine with the images on the website.  Considering the fact that Google has departments and representatives working for them all around the world, how might cultural differences influence such decisions?  Where is the "standard"?  What is the "Standard"?

What is "inappropriate" content?

For Google it is often nothing more than a convenient scapegoat "excuse" to disable an AdWords and/or AdSense account so they can avoid making Payouts
.

What if a "sexy" (non-pornographic) photo is considered to be "too risqué" by one "Censor" but NOT by another Censor?  What if one photo within a website is considered to be "acceptable" by ALL of the Censors, but another photo within the website is not.  Not only will someone need to make such determinations, but MORE IMPORTANTLY the Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneur MUST have the RIGHT to have ANY and ALL details communicated to him or her - WITHOUT Google just shutting down their Online Internet Website Business, which the Entrepreneur may have spent several years and countless hours developing.

What about someone who wants to have a website that really emphasizes sales of guns and "gun rights?"  What happens if an "anti-gun activist" is working in Google's Censorship department that day?  Does the Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneur get a bum deal?

What about the 1st Amendment issue?  Is it possible Google "Censors" might violate such Constitutional RIGHTS?  The online Internet Business Entrepreneur certainly should have the RIGHT to have "images" and/or "messages' on his or her website(s).  In some cases, if not all, it might even be that the Online Internet Business Entrepreneur has the Constitutional RIGHT to have a particular "image" or "message" on his or her website even IF Google "Censors" disagree with it.  Will Google "use" their unregulated ability to discriminate and shut down a website if such enables Google to cease making Payouts and acquire a Financial Advantage?  You betcha they will!  They have!  And they do!

This issue will be very easy to resolve simply by making it so that "Criminal" and/or "Illegal" content is the ONLY basis by which Google can disable an AdWords and/or AdSense account.

Google "uses" the concept of "inappropriate" content as a "Scapegoat Justification" to unilaterally shut down AdWords and/or AdSense accounts so they can ensure their own Financial Advantage at the expense of Investors, Consumers, and Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  It is significant that determining "inappropriate" content is a "subjective" task that would require management on the part of Google.  The task of making "subjective" determinations about what is "inappropriate" content demands that Google review AND communicate their "subjective" views clearly and precisely so they will not hinder the efforts of Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs, not to mention squandering their time and ultimately STEALING their money.  But Google does NOT do that.  To the contrary Google "uses" that as a loophole that works to their own Financial Advantage at the expense of Investors, Consumers, and Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs.  Google "Webmaster Guidelines" in its current application is nothing more than a ruse.

The ONLY area wherein Google's "Policies," "Terms of Use," and/or "Webmaster Guidelines" should apply to Online Internet Website Business Entrepreneurs efforts and their RIGHT to Free Trade and Commerce should be wherein "Criminal" and/or "Illegal" content becomes an issue
.

Criminal content can be easily and properly defined.  And it should be the ONLY basis by which Google can "legally" Disable an AdWords and/or AdSense account
.

Please do not let Google fool you or mislead you in the course of your investigation by trying to hide their "Fire" (Fraud, Deception, Manipulation, Anti-Business Practices, and Theft) with their "Smoke and Mirrors" ("Terms of Use," "Policies," and "Webmaster Guidelines")!!!

Thanks You!
