How is it that Google can provide products and services that are intended to enable a person to make money, but IF and WHEN a person begins making too much money Google disables the system for that person?
How does Google explain providing products and services that enabled my family, friends, business associates, and me to earn more than $1,000.00 per day and then abruptly taking it away from us without warning, reason, or explanation? Actually, they gave us a reason. They said we were "not in the spirit of the program." What the hell does that mean?
Why would Google disable my AdSense account, my wife's AdSense account, my son's AdSense account, my best friend's AdSense account, and my business partner's AdSense account ALL on the exact same day?
How does Google explain disabling ALL five (5) of our AdSense accounts on the same day only AFTER they began earning substantial and ever-increasing amounts of money when two (2) of those AdSense accounts had previously been up and running for nearly three years without ever being disabled for ANY reason?
Is that not suspicious? Is that not revealing and telling of Google's motivation? They did it because our AdSense accounts were making too much money for Google's liking. That reeks of foul play!
This page presents an overview of the products and services Google provides that enabled us to earn more than $1,000.00 per day in AdSense revenue. It explains how and why those products and services enabled us to make that money. And it lists a series of questions that might be asked of Google by the States, Federal Government, Media, and ACLU, as well as by attorneys and the courts, regarding the wrongful and harmful decision Google made to disable and terminate our use of their products and services while we were in the midst of building our successful Online Internet Website Businesses.
Google AdWords gives people an opportunity to create their own Marketing Campaigns. A person can create Ads by typing a Bold Header (top line), two additional lines of information, and a website (url address) Landing Page. The words used in the Ads should be relevant to the information, product(s), and/or service(s) on the website. Those Ads are rotated out across the internet as they are triggered by Keywords and Phrases that people type into Search Bars.
When a person types a word or phrase into a Search Bar it is because that is what they are looking for. It is not what Google is looking for. It is not what Google dictates a person is, or should be, looking for. It is not what the government says a person should be looking for. It is not what anyone other than the person who typed in the word or phrase is looking for. There are billions of words and phrases typed into Search Bars every day pertaining to millions of subjects. Therefore, there are many Search Results.
Search Results represent individual Businesses, no matter how DIFFERENT or SIMILAR they may be. Numerous Online Internet Website Businesses provide information, products, and services that people go onto the internet looking for every day. Those Businesses represent Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism. Those things, at least for United States Citizens, are protected by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Search Results are based upon a wide range of criteria. They may be "Organic" ("Natural") or "Sponsored" ("Paid").
Organic or "Natural" Search Results appear without a person having to pay. They come up naturally because of the popularity of the website, the length of time it has been around on the internet, and its "relevance" as determined by a Search Engine ("crawlers," "spiders," "alga rhythms," and other sophisticated systems that facilitate Search Results).
Sponsored or "Paid" results are based upon "relevance" as well as a Bid. A Bid is the amount of money a person is willing to pay to have their Ads appear on the first page. And Google allows people to set their Bid as high or low as they want. Hence, two or more websites offering the same information, products, and/or services can compete for a higher first page position. The person who is paying more money per click may get a better (higher) fist page position. Significantly, Google allows people to set their Bids as low as $0.01 (one cent) (one penny) per click. This means for every dollar a person spends they can get 100 people to visit their website, assuming there is enough traffic (people searching) for the information, products, and/or services their website provides. Google charges the amount of the Bid when such an Ad is clicked on. Even when an Ad appears on the first page it appears along with several other Ads that get triggered. People surfing the internet that have typed in a word or phrase which causes an Ad to appear have a choice whether or not to click on any given "Organic" or "Sponsored" Ad that appears. Nobody is forcing them to click on an Ad, and nobody is telling them which Ad to click on.
In short, Search Results are based upon Bids and the "relevance" of content (information, products, and/or services) on a website in relationship to words used in the creation of Ads marketing a website, which is triggered by "Keywords" or "Phrases" that people type into Search Bars around the world as they are searching for things they desire to find while exercising their Free Will, Choices, and (in the case of American Citizens) their 1st Amendment Rights.
Google Keyword Tool
The Google Keyword Tool enables people to know how frequently a word or phrase is being typed into Search Bars around the world on a monthly basis. It helps a person know what people are searching for so they can better choose a business and better construct their business model. I used the Google Keyword Tool in determining the greater markets for my family, friends, business associates and me. And it was very helpful. It was part of the reason for our success.
Google AdSense enables people to "make money" or "earn revenue" by placing special codes on their website(s). Google uses those codes to run ads from other companies, businesses, products, and services on other people's website(s). When a person visiting a website that has AdSense code on it clicks on one of the ads generated by that code they get taken to the website of another company, business, product, or service. That other company, business, product, or service pays Google for getting the additional traffic. And Google shares that money with the website publisher who placed the AdSense code on their website. Hence, it is called the Google AdSense "Revenue Sharing" Program.
I was initially optimistic and excited to see ads on the internet from a multi-billion-dollar company like Google that said: "Make Money With Google." I was lured and enticed by the notion of being able to "Make Money With Google." So I created AdSense accounts for my wife and me in January, 2010. I placed AdSense code on several websites that I had already published. And it was all approved by Google. They were running fine for nearly three years. After several of our websites began earning substantial and ever-increasing AdSense revenue I created an AdSense account for my son, best friend, and business partner in July, 2012, which were all "reviewed" and "approved" by Google. And I placed their AdSense codes on websites that they paid me to create for them.
I have an email directly from Google AdSense that says: "Increase your revenues by adding up to 41 more ads on your website!" And I implemented advice that was given to me directly by Google AdSense to use their "Recommended" ads: Leaderboard, Wide Skyscraper, and Large Rectangle. That was also part of the reason for our success.
We made a lot of money because Google "encourages" people to make money. Google provides people, including novices, with "options" and "opportunities" through AdWords and AdSense. Google permitted (permits) people to "set their own budgets" as low as $0.01. Google "recommends" for people to use specific ads to "increase revenues." Google allowed (allows) people to add up to 3 Ads per page on their websites per Google AdSense Policy. Google lures people into believing they can "Make Money With Google" through their AdSense "Revenue Sharing" Program. And Google happily takes as much money as a person is willing to spend to promote and market their websites through AdWords. But IF and WHEN a person achieves a substantial amount of success, Google shuts them down and STEALS their money.
Either way Google will owe us for our losses retroactive up until the day they change their Policies (if they plan on doing so) (if they haven't already done so) as I have proven my ability to use the AdWords and AdSense Programs to the point of earning in excess of $1,000.00 per day (30,000.00 per month). That is how much money Google is causing us to lose EACH and EVERY day (and month) that goes by.
When an American Citizen publishes an Online Internet Website Business they are exercising their 1st Amendment Constitutional Right to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism.
When a person searches for something on the internet they are exercising their 1st Amendment Constitutional Right to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism. Moreover, they are exercising their own self-interests, curiosities, and desires. Each person is free to exercise his or her own intellectual and creative determinations about what may or may not be of interest to him or her. A person may in fact be looking to discover something that they them self find to be innovative, new, and interesting. And that opens the door for and spawns ever-increasing Online Internet Website Business Opportunities. It is NOT for Google to make ANY determinations whatsoever about what a person may or may not be looking for. And it is NOT for Google to make ANY determinations whatsoever about the ideas, opinions, views, philosophies, products, and services a person may be marketing. Google should ONLY provide the systems that facilitate such business interactions. Google has no right to interfere with the process. Google has no right to restrict, limit, minimize, or halt one's business efforts. If and WHEN they do, they are in fact violating American Business Entrepreneurs' 1st Amendment Constitutional Rights to Free Speech, Free Expression, Free Press, Free Trade, Free Enterprise, Free Markets, Capitalism, and Entrepreneurialism.
